Book an intro call below.
What is an intro call?
It’s a free, 30 minute call to get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask you a few questions about your current relationship with food, your body, and what your goals are. I’ll be able to tell you on the call if I think we would be a good fit, and if everything sounds good to you, we’ll get you signed up for your first session!
Be sure to check out the tab “Work with Me” by clicking here before booking your call, just to make sure that the way I work with clients sounds good to you!
When you book your intro call, you’ll have to answer just a few questions first! This is so that a.) you can see if we may be a good fit for a call, and b.) allow me to understand a bit more about you before we chat.
PLEASE NOTE: not everyone is a great fit, which is okay! I want to be sure you find the best possible support based on what you’re looking for. I will review your intro call booking questions and if I think we’d potentially be a good fit we’ll accept your intro call appointment. If not, I will provide you with some suggestions for other professionals who may be a better fit based on what you’re looking for.
“I’m so grateful for Lexy. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me transform my relationship with food. She has taught me that being healthy doesn’t mean restricting and cutting out the foods I love. I would definitely recommend working with Lexy! It was the best decision I made for myself!”
A unique philosophy
My approach is a non-diet, weight inclusive one. This means that in our work together, we will prioritize building a healthier relationship with food and improving your body image (how you feel about your body) instead of focusing on the active pursuit of weight loss and other harmful dieting behaviors. We will focus on creating sustainable, healthy habits and building more positive patterns and behaviors to support a healthy relationship with food and your body.
You may or may not lose weight as a result of this approach, but your well-being will surely improve. If this feels scary to you, it’s because our society values thinness and the pursuit of weight loss at all costs. Taking a different, non-mainstream approach can be scary and super challenging. Rest assured, I’m there for you every step of the way. You can read more about this approach, called Health at Every Size® by clicking here.
