What is an intro call?
It’s a free, 20 minute call to get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit!
On the call:
- We’ll chat about your relationship with food and your body, and what your goals are.
- I’ll tell you if I think we’d be a good fit, and if everything sounds good, we’ll get you signed up for your first session!
Before the call:
- Be sure to check out the program details on the page called “Let’s Work Together” by clicking here before booking your call, to make sure the way I work with clients sounds good to you and review investment details.
PLEASE NOTE: I’ll review your intro call booking questions and if I think we’d potentially be a good fit I’ll accept your intro call appointment. If not, I will respectfully decline your booking request so as not to waste your time!
